Our NYS-licensed facility ensures the highest standards of care, with our staff certified and vetted by the New York Department of Health. All team members are CPR certified for your child's safety.
With over a decade of experience in the same community, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence. Conveniently located between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues, our center is just a short stroll from Central Park West and other child-friendly parks.
One of our standout features is our private backyard playground, where children spend a minimum of two hours outdoors daily. We maintain small class sizes, providing personalized attention with a ratio of one adult for every two infants under the age of two.

Our Vision
At Amiguitos, we foster a family-like environment enriched with structure, daily plans, and activities designed to enhance children's independence and motor skills appropriate to their developmental stages. Our goal is to promote bilingualism, cultivate a sense of community, and, most importantly, develop essential practical life skills.
Our Team
We are a proud small, minority woman-owned business. Our team includes a dedicated Montessori teacher who creates enriching lesson plans. We are committed to using sustainable materials in our activities, reflecting our dedication to environmental responsibility. Our skilled teacher assistants play a crucial role in keeping the children focused and engaged.
Everyone on our staff is fully fluent in Spanish, which supports the full Spanish immersion that our program is designed to provide. We also participate in ongoing training sessions throughout the year to ensure we meet the latest Department of Health requirements, maintaining the highest standards of care and safety for your child
